Lorenzo Coppa
Lorenzo Coppa is the CEO of the City Software Group, an innovative IT supplier and SAP solutions company to the small business and medium enterprise market. In 1991 he pioneered the “express mail order” model in the Australian IT marketplace which quickly grew to be a well regarded market leader serving consumers with its website and call centre as well as the corporate, government and educational markets with Victorian and NSW based professional sales teams. Lorenzo’s experience includes the successful acquisition and integration of two competing businesses into the group, the extensive use of ERP in smaller businesses for substantial competitive advantage as well as having successfully lead an organisation from start-up to continuous growth in a turbulent market. Lorenzo has served on several boards - both commercial and NFP.

Dan Daniels
Dan founded The Daniels Corporation in 1986 with an initial idea given to him by God through a prophetic word and vision, the business model was to make the safest sharps collection system minimising waste and reducing needle stick injuries. As Managing Director, Dan led the company’s expansion nationwide, servicing thousands of healthcare institutions throughout Australia and New Zealand. By 1998, Daniels had become the national leader and in 1999 the company expanded into Canada, Europe, North America, and Africa. Dan’s leadership has led the company to become a world leader in the design and production of automated machinery and safety products specializing in Sharps management. He has served on many corporate and non for-profit boards across several industries.

John Dwight
John graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and worked for large corporations in Australia and overseas before purchasing a shareholding in DA Information Services Pty Ltd. Throughout his 20-year involvement with this company, he operated in various roles including Finance Director, Chief Executive and Executive Chairman, until recently selling his shareholding. John is also a qualified Accountant and is a member of the Australian Society of Accountants. He has completed the Owner / President Management Program and the Odyssey Program, both at Harvard Business School in Boston and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation – a worldwide organisation of Chief Executives and Company Chairmen. John is currently serving as an Elder of Imagine Church Network, and has served on a number of Boards for both Profit and Non Profit Organisations, including Gloria Jeans Coffees International, Daniels Corporation and the City Software group.

Melinda Dwight
Melinda has served as the Senior Pastor of the Imagine Network of Churches since 1996. She is the first woman to be elected to an Australian AOG State Executive which oversees 200 churches. Melinda was elected to sit on the Australian Christian Churches World Missions Executive and again is the first woman on an ACC National Board. With a heart for world missions, Melinda and Imagine Church are very active in Africa. Her passionate desire is to make Jesus’ last command her first priority, by sending workers, taking teams, raising awareness of missions and giving of time, energy and resources.

Kevin Forlong
Kevin has a background in private enterprise and corporate leadership. He has been in full time pastoral and itinerant ministry for over thirty years. During that time he has been the Senior Pastor of two significant city churches as well as having travelled widely in missions and leadership development. Kevin is the President of Kevin Forlong Ministries and is widely known for his prophetic/apostolic ministry.

Malcolm MacLeod
Malcolm MacLeod is a visionary leader with a love for people. He has a strong desire to see people grow in Christ through the fulfillment of The Great Commission, “Go make disciples.” This desire to grow people is coupled with a burden for leaders. As a result much of his time is devoted to pastoring pastors and leading leaders to achieve their full potential in ministry to the body of Christ. Malcolm and his wife Karen have assisted in pastorates at Albury, NSW and Ballarat, Victoria and Malcolm has been the Senior Pastor of South West Christian Church for eighteen years. During this time the cell based church has grown from 120 to over 1000 people. The church has a number of daughter churches and is planning several others in Victoria and oversees. The Church is entrepreneurial and influential. Malcolm is the Vice President and Victorian State Executive member of the Assemblies of God in Victoria. He also oversees the 10 State Districts.

Martin Steel
Martin Steel is the Senior Pastor of Harbourside Church in Auckland, New Zealand. Harbourside is one of New Zealand’s largest churches. They have over 20 years experience in leadership and pastoral ministry including five years spent in Eastern Europe serving the church through leadership training, church planting and evangelism. Martin is also the Founder and Director of Wordleader Inc, a mission organisation that develops media-based leadership resources with a primary focus on equipping the church in Eastern Europe. Martin ministers regularly in churches and leadership conferences throughout Europe, United States, Australia, South Africa and Asia.
